Maj Gen RK Jha , AVSM**( Retd.) Director (Personnel) on 30.04.2024 interacted with the Executive Trainees of CPSEs under Ministry of Power during the Foundation Course organized by NPTI at NPTI, Faridabad. 

"Energy Warriors" name was coined by Director (Personnel) in the programme while likening power professionals to army soldiers. He guided the assembled Indian power sector trainees having their training at NPTI, towards the path of successful and happy innings at workplace and contentment in their professional endeavors.

On the occasion of New Year, Major General Rajesh Kumar Jha, AVSM (Retd), Director (Personnel) addressed the employees of NEEPCO at Corporate, Shillong on 02/01/2024 in the presence of Shri B Maharana, Director (Finance) and our NEEPCO family from projects & other locations joined the event through online mode.

A Yoga Camp was organised for the employees of the Coordination Office, Delhi on International Yoga Day.

The Swachhata Hi Sewa(SHS) Campaign, 2023 aims at ensuring visibly higher order of cleanliness through Shramdaan (volunteerism) and Jan Bhagidari (community participation). Drawing inspiration from the clarion call for 'Ek Tareekh Ek Ghanta Ek Saath’, the employees of all locations of NEEPCO participated enthusiastically in the nationwide cleanliness initiative and performed 1(one) hour of “Shramdaan” in and around the premises on 1st October 2023 at 10.00 am.

The Parliamentary Committee on Official Language under the chairmanship of Prof. Rita Bahuguna Joshi held an inspection meeting with NEEPCO in Agartala on 07.03.2022. During this, the committee observed the works of Official Language Hindi being done in the presence of senior officers of the Ministry and Department.
