Resettlement and Rehabilitation (R&R) Plan forms a part of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Management Plan Reports (EIA and EMP) and is assessed and approved by the Expert Appraisal Committee (EAC) of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for according Environmental Clearance to the project.

i. NEEPCO services all payment for NCDs well in time and there has been no default;
ii. Charges have been created for all Secured NCDs under Trust Deeds with the respective Trustees. A Trust Deed has also been signed for unsecured NCDs with the respective Trustee.
iii. The credit ratings of the respective NCDs are CRISIL AA+/Stable, ICRA AA+/Stable, IND AA+/Stable and CARE AA+/Positive
